Zach Pullins, a soon-to-be retired Navy Master Chief, began his baking journey over 30 years ago, inspired by the loving guidance of his great-grandma and mother. Master P Bakes is the result of those cherished years of creating memories together.

When I started working in the commercial kitchen, I had to make some adjustments. Commercial ovens are NO joke. The other adjustment was figuring out how to use my oven for things I relied on a range top for. There’s no stove here so I made the pivot and learned to roast my strawberries for my cheesecakes. Smells SO good in here right now. 🤤

Surprised these to see there’s any left! Baked some chocolate chip cookies bars last night.

Was in the mood for a coffee cake so made this blueberry lemon one. Lemon really came through but didn’t overpower the fresh blueberries and homemade blueberry jam.

Some sad looking hearts but I tried it! This was the first time I ever attempted something other than simply baking a cheesecake. This one went to a happy wife for Valentines Day back in 22’.

Who DOESN’T like Oreos?! Add that to a NY style cheesecake AND chocolate sauce and we have ourselves a real dessert to enjoy.

Last cheesecake I made in 2023. Hope I have the opportunity to make PLENTY more this year.
